Buddha

There is physical pain, emotional pain and struggles that are a part of the collective experience and lives since the beginning of the existence of human kind, being induced by the most horrendous circumstances, but also smaller magnitude discomforts (not less important), chronic conditions or mental thought patterns keeping most in stagnation mode and sending them for a constant circular journey without visible opening to be able to step off the insanity of that roller coaster.  Withholding any judgment towards our experiences and accepting them as part of the river of life doesn't negate the strive to alleviate the pain caused by them.

However, life will most likely serve us an experience we don't necessarily and consciously would choose to go through. (especially in these modern times when everything is accelerated and escaping to live in a cave or in the middle of nowhere in a more peaceful and attuned to nature life might be not impossible but definitely challenging). It became crowded here on the planet and we have to be able to navigate the state of our environments.

To fully understand and be able to overcome or go under or around a life's roadblocks with grace and greater ease, we have to be able to have a larger perspective to what life actually is. To employ all the existing tools but also have access to navigational modalities and technologies that will allow us to achieve the necessary quality of life in the shortest amount of time. We need super accelerated modality utilizing the advancment of the ancient holistic approach to living as human beings.
